2. Alpha and Beta Testing Programs

We may offer opportunities to participate in Alpha and Beta testing phases for our upcoming browser-based game, Grid Lock Heist.

• Selection: Applying to be a tester does not guarantee selection. We reserve the right to select or remove testers at our sole discretion.
• Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Grid Lock Heist is currently in active development. As a tester, you will have access to confidential information, unreleased gameplay, mechanics, and features. Participation in any Alpha or Beta test is strictly contingent upon your agreement to a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). You agree not to share, stream, broadcast, capture, or publicly discuss any aspect of the game outside of designated, secure feedback channels provided by us until the NDA is officially lifted.
• Feedback: Any feedback, bug reports, or suggestions you provide during testing become the property of Ilix Games, LLC. We may use this feedback to improve the game without any obligation or compensation to you.

3. Intellectual Property and Game Assets

The game Grid Lock Heist, including its underlying code, game mechanics, original text, user interface, brand elements, and logos, are the exclusive property of Ilix Games, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• AI-Generated Content: Certain in-game assets (such as specific graphics, artwork, or audio) have been created utilizing artificial intelligence generation tools. While the individual copyright status of these specific AI-generated assets may vary or be subject to the licensing terms of the respective AI platforms, the unique selection, arrangement, compilation, and integration of these assets within the Grid Lock Heist software is the exclusive, protected property of Ilix Games, LLC.
• Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, rip, reproduce, or distribute any part of the game's software, its proprietary code, or its compiled asset files—including the AI-generated assets contained within the game's architecture—without express written permission from us.

4. User Conduct

When using our Website or participating in our testing programs, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website's servers or game files.
• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage our reputation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Website or the game.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and any game software provided for testing are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Because Grid Lock Heist is in development, you acknowledge that the software may contain bugs, errors, or experience interruptions. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance or reliability of the Website or the game.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ilix Games, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website or your participation in testing our game.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
